This policy describes how Signal Stack handles information in its current operation. It is effective 30 July 2026 and does not provide legal advice.
DNS, delivery, security, and server logs
Cloudflare currently provides authoritative DNS. These publication hosts are DNS-only, so public page requests currently connect to our origin rather than passing through Cloudflare’s proxy or edge cache. Our origin servers may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device details, referrer, and similar log data to deliver pages, prevent abuse, maintain availability, and investigate faults. If Cloudflare proxy, security, or delivery services are enabled later, Cloudflare may process the same kinds of request data for delivery, caching, security, and abuse prevention.
Google Analytics 4
After this disclosure is publicly verified, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand visits and content performance in aggregate. Consent Mode always starts with ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage denied. GA4 may process limited measurement signals under that denied-storage configuration. If a supported Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) using TCF 2.3 is configured later, it may update those signals from the visitor’s actual choice; readiness alone is not consent.
Email and future monetization
If you email admin@overthinkingtoday.com, we use the address, message, and attachments you choose to send to answer and manage the request. Google ad code is currently off until the property, operator, CMP/TCF 2.3, and content-eligibility gates pass. If ads appear later, the CMP will present choices and each eligible article will require a content-bound automated monetization review receipt or explicit operator review. Advertising and affiliate relationships will be disclosed near the relevant content.
Retention, rights, and contact
Logs and messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, operations, legal obligations, and request handling. Service providers may process data in other countries. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information directly connected to your message, subject to security and legal retention needs.
